Smart Sand Blair is hiring a full-time Grounds Crew member for its Night Shift at the Blair facility in Wisconsin. The role performs general plant labor, cleaning, belt-tracking, routine maintenance and repairs, and other assigned tasks under the supervision of the Production Superintendent. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is preferred, while MSHA training and experience is a plus. The position requires medical clearance to wear a respirator, basic math and measuring-tool skills, adaptability, and willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
