Description
The Cemetery Groundskeeper maintains cemetery, mausoleum, and funeral home grounds and performs groundskeeping, lawn and equipment maintenance, grave excavation, casket handling, and crypt or niche-front replacement. The role requires at least one year of grounds experience, a valid driver’s license, outdoor physical work including lifting up to 100 pounds, and the ability to operate cemetery and heavy equipment. It has no direct supervisory responsibilities and may require occasional overtime and local or overnight travel.
