InterRent REIT is hiring a Grounds Maintenance Worker for its 100 Main Street community in Downtown Hamilton. The role maintains exterior grounds, parking garages, waste systems, and storage areas; performs snow and ice removal; empties trash and recycling; and assists with property repairs and resident work orders. The position pays $20–$23 per hour, includes paid vacation, and offers employer-paid health, dental, and prescription drug coverage. Candidates need prior general labour or maintenance experience, outdoor work availability, a vehicle with a clean driver's abstract, and the ability to work on-call, evenings, and weekends.
