Description
The Grounds Maintenance Worker performs lawn and grounds maintenance, including mowing, weed-eating, edging, planting, mulching, shrubbery and tree trimming, irrigation maintenance, trash removal, recycling, and emergency response. The role requires knowledge of grounds equipment, safe handling of hazardous materials, minor equipment repair, physical ability to climb 35 feet and lift up to 30 pounds, availability for evenings and weekends, and successful completion of Diocesan background screening and Safe Environment Training. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, supplemented by relevant experience.
