Description
JMC is hiring a Grounds Person to maintain the appearance and safety of a real estate community through landscaping, grounds upkeep, light exterior repairs, seasonal snow and ice treatment, hazard identification, and vendor coordination. The role requires landscaping and grounds-maintenance experience, safe equipment operation, independent work, and basic communication skills. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a pay range of $17 to $23.75 USD and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
