Description
JMC is hiring a Grounds Person to maintain the appearance and safety of a real estate community. The role includes lawn and landscaping care, grounds upkeep, exterior repairs, seasonal snow and ice work, hazard identification, vendor coordination, and light maintenance. The position requires landscaping and grounds-maintenance experience, safe equipment operation, strong work ethic, communication skills, and the ability to meet pre-employment requirements. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a pay range of $17 to $23.75 USD and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
