Description
The Grounds Specialist maintains the physical condition of a property’s grounds, common areas, and amenities by removing litter and debris, checking and logging pool levels, vacuuming pools, cleaning facilities, and performing general maintenance and repairs. The role requires general labor experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, hand-tool and equipment proficiency, communication skills, and the ability to lift approximately 50 pounds; it also offers health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, paid time off, and training benefits.
