Description
The Cemetery Grounds Supervisor is responsible for the care, maintenance, safety, security, and overall upkeep of a cemetery property. The role supervises grounds crews, ensures compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations, oversees equipment and inventory, documents employee performance, and coordinates cemetery maintenance activities such as headstone and memorial installation, groundskeeping, chemicals, mulching, and pruning. The position requires outdoor work, physical lifting, local travel, and the ability to supervise maintenance employees.
