Description
The role combines groundskeeping and grounds-management duties, including inventorying tools and equipment, ordering supplies, recording water usage, performing minor repairs, applying chemical solutions, maintaining irrigation systems, operating vehicles, and assisting with employee hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision. It also requires safety compliance, asset protection, guest-service support, and physical work involving lifting, climbing, and manual dexterity. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least three years of related and supervisory experience are preferred, while a valid driver’s license is required.
