Description
The Grounds Supervisor will oversee the care, cultivation, maintenance, and restoration of Shangri La’s 5-acre oceanfront gardens, landscapes, and hardscapes. The role provides hands-on leadership to grounds staff, coordinates schedules and seasonal priorities, manages equipment and work practices, supports events and visitor programs, and collaborates with other teams. Candidates should have landscape and horticultural expertise, supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varied conditions. The position is full time, exempt, and offers a starting salary of $56,800 to $71,000 plus benefits.
