Description
The Cemetery Grounds Supervisor is responsible for the care, maintenance, safety, security, and overall upkeep of a cemetery property. The role supervises grounds crews, ensures compliance with company policies and OSHA and EPA regulations, manages equipment and inventory, documents performance and disciplinary issues, and oversees installation of headstones, memorials, and vaults along with groundskeeping activities such as chemicals, mulching, and pruning. The position requires outdoor work, physical lifting, occasional overtime, and up to 10 percent local or overnight travel.
