Description
The Groundskeeper maintains property grounds, building exteriors, common areas, and breezeways; removes debris; performs basic tool and equipment maintenance; shovels snow; spreads salt on public passageways; and follows safety procedures. The role requires landscaping and groundskeeping knowledge, customer service, teamwork, communication, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. It is full-time, in person, pays from $20 hourly plus benefits, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability benefits, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
