Description
The Building & Grounds Technician maintains the grounds and buildings of the Rockingham County Complex, including lawns, roads, parking lots, drainage, and hay fields. The role operates power and hand tools, performs preventative maintenance on equipment, supports rotating on-call coverage, and responds to emergency situations such as snow removal. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalency, two to five years of relevant experience, a current valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a wide range of equipment.
