Description
The Grounds Worker maintains landscaping, irrigation, horticulture, and grounds areas; operates equipment such as weed eaters, mowers, and chainsaws; completes wedding, banquet, and event setup; maintains vehicles and supplies; and collaborates with grounds crews and other departments. The role requires landscaping and pool-maintenance knowledge, flexible hours, weekend availability, physical ability to lift over 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and bending, basic chemical-label reading, and a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or GED is also required.
