Description
AKAM is hiring a Groundskeeper to perform general grounds maintenance for condominium, cooperative, homeowners association, and investment property sites. Responsibilities include yard waste cleanup, pathway and parking lot blowing, pool-area upkeep, plant maintenance, minor repairs, property inspections, light painting, and coordinating work updates with the on-site team. The role requires an H.S. diploma, reliability, strong work ethic, attention to detail, time management, and irrigation-system maintenance experience; CPO certification and groundskeeping experience in a residential or HOA setting are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits listed.
