Description
The Groundskeeper maintains the exterior appearance, grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of a residential community, removes litter and debris, completes minor repairs, supports make-ready processes, changes locks, inspects pool gates, distributes notices, and responds to resident concerns. The role requires a current driver’s license, basic hand-tool and maintenance knowledge, customer-service and communication skills, physical ability to work outdoors in all weather, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently. It is a full-time, entry-level position scheduled for 40 hours per week.
