The Groundskeeper maintains the beauty, safety, and functionality of the Kendal at Lexington campus through landscaping, grounds maintenance, exterior support, equipment operation, snow and ice removal, basic facilities repairs, trash and recycling collection, and emergency response. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Virginia driver’s license, reliable transportation, physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and the ability to safely operate landscaping and maintenance equipment.
