The Groundskeeper maintains the exterior appearance and cleanliness of assigned property areas, including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, trash removal, equipment upkeep, and reporting maintenance issues. The role requires exposure to outdoor weather, physical work involving chemicals, lifting up to 20 pounds, and climbing ladders or stairs, and reports directly to a department supervisor. Applicants need at least two years of groundskeeping or janitorial experience, knowledge of cleaning products, emergency-response ability, and effective communication skills.
