Description
The Groundskeeper maintains the exterior appearance and cleanliness of assigned property areas, including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, trash removal, equipment upkeep, and reporting maintenance issues. The role requires outdoor exposure, physical activity such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 20 pounds, knowledge of cleaning products, emergency-response ability, and effective communication. It reports to a department supervisor and requires at least two years of groundskeeping or janitorial experience.
