Description
The Grounds Maintenance Associate monitors and maintains hotel property grounds, including mowing and edging lawns, watering and weeding flower beds, cleaning and repairing fountains and planters, maintaining sidewalks and parking areas, removing trash, and operating tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles. The role also requires following safety procedures, reporting hazards, completing safety training, maintaining a professional appearance, and performing physical work involving lifting, climbing, bending, and manual dexterity. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and less than one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
