Description
The Grounds Maintenance Associate monitors and maintains hotel property grounds, including mowing and edging lawns, watering and weeding flower beds, cleaning and repairing grounds features, maintaining sidewalks and parking areas, removing trash, and operating tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles. The role also requires following safety procedures, reporting hazards, completing safety training, maintaining a professional appearance, and performing physically demanding work such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working on uneven or slippery surfaces.
