Description
The Cemetery Grounds Maintenance Technician maintains cemetery grounds and related environments through construction, installation, upkeep, beautification, and repair. Duties include general maintenance and repairs, operating powered equipment, using hand tools, installing and maintaining sprinkler systems, performing landscape construction and planting, assisting with burials, removing snow, and spreading salt. The role requires a valid New Mexico driver's license, equipment and sprinkler-system knowledge, safety awareness, communication skills, and the ability to work with supervisors, subordinates, and the public; one year of related field experience is preferred. The position offers $18-$22 per hour, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and a 401(k) match.
