The role maintains landscaping, grounds, common areas, and property tools; performs non-technical plumbing, electrical, and appliance maintenance; and assists with apartment make-readies involving painting, drywall repair, and carpentry. The position requires at least six months of related experience, knowledge of grounds maintenance and basic building trades, tool operation, physical ability, and attention to safety.
