Description
The Groundskeeper maintains the grounds, buildings, common areas, curb appeal, storage, and shop areas of a property to PMC standards. The role includes completing turnovers for move-in, assisting with preventative maintenance and snow removal, keeping work areas organized, and responding to emergencies. It requires weekend, evening, and flexible availability, basic hand-tool skills, strong communication, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to travel to the property in inclement weather.
