RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal at a multi-family property. The role includes daily grounds inspections, trash and debris removal, pressure washing common areas, clearing sidewalks and building access, completing service tickets, and providing professional customer service. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, communication and computer skills, flexible scheduling including weekends, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
