The role includes inspecting grounds daily, removing trash and debris, operating a trash compactor, pressure-washing common areas, clearing sidewalks and building access, completing minor service tickets, and providing professional customer service. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, communication and multitasking skills, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
