RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a Groundskeeper for The Kelly at 23rd to maintain the property’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. The role includes daily grounds inspections, trash and debris removal, pressure washing common areas, hazard removal in inclement weather, minor service tickets, and professional customer service. Compensation is $15 to $17 per hour, with paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and other benefits. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, communication skills, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, flexible scheduling, and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
