RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a Groundskeeper for Riverwalk Grand to maintain the property’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. The role includes inspecting grounds, removing trash and debris, operating a trash compactor, cleaning vacant apartments, pressure washing common areas, clearing sidewalks and building access, completing service tickets, and providing customer service. The position pays $20 to $22 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, communication skills, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, willingness to work a landscaping schedule including weekends, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
