RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper for Greystone Summit Knoxville. The successful candidate will maintain the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal of the property. Responsibilities include inspecting grounds daily, removing trash and debris, pressure washing, and performing various maintenance tasks. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask.
