RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal at its multi-family properties. The role includes daily grounds inspections, trash and debris removal, pressure washing common areas, clearing sidewalks and building access, completing service tickets, and providing professional customer service. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, communication and basic Microsoft Office skills, flexible availability including weekends, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
