The role includes daily grounds inspections, trash and debris removal, pressure washing common areas, hazard removal in inclement weather, minor service tickets, and professional customer service. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, communication skills, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, flexible scheduling including weekends, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
