Description
The MF-Groundskeeper maintains a residential community’s grounds, common areas, pool, playgrounds, and parking areas. Responsibilities include removing trash, repairing fences, mowing and trimming lawns, weeding, pruning, inspecting trip hazards, cleaning roofs and gutters, painting signage, and performing minor hand-tool repairs. The role reports to the Service Manager, requires English reading and writing ability and a valid driver’s license where applicable, and may require weekend work.
