Description
The Groundskeeper will maintain the grounds of Horizons at Indian River in Chesapeake, Virginia, by removing trash, repairing fences, cleaning and enhancing common areas, inspecting trip hazards, mowing and trimming lawns, performing minor hand-tool repairs, cleaning roofs and gutters, and painting signage. The role is full-time and non-exempt, reports to the Service Manager, and requires English reading and writing ability, a valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
