Description
The MF-Groundskeeper will maintain the clean, safe, and attractive condition of the Ashton community in Norfolk, Virginia. Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, removing and disposing of trash, repairing fences, cleaning common areas, pools, and playgrounds, maintaining lawns and flower beds, inspecting ground spaces for hazards, and performing occasional lawn mowing, minor hand-tool repairs, roof and gutter cleaning, and signage painting. The role requires English reading and writing ability, a valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle, physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, and availability during community operating hours, including possible weekend work.
