Description
The full-time, non-exempt MF-Groundskeeper will maintain the clean, safe, and attractive condition of a community property in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, removing and disposing of trash, repairing fences, cleaning common areas, pools, and playgrounds, maintaining lawns and flower beds, inspecting ground spaces for hazards, and performing occasional lawn mowing, minor hand-tool repairs, roof and gutter cleaning, and signage painting. The role requires English reading and writing ability, a valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; weekend work may be required.
