Description
The Cemetery Groundskeeper maintains cemetery, mausoleum, and funeral home grounds through mowing, snow removal, lawn care, shrub and flower-bed maintenance, debris removal, equipment operation, and inspection. The role also supports interment and inurnment activities, grave-layout assistance, minor repairs, vault installation, and cremation-related inventory and regulatory compliance under supervision. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of relevant experience, outdoor work in all weather, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life insurance, and other benefits.
