The Property Maintenance Technician maintains Scully’s residential property by removing litter and debris, keeping grounds, walkways, buildings, and surrounding areas clean and safe, performing trash removal, reporting unsafe conditions, assisting with maintenance repairs, and preparing apartments for move-in and turnover. The role works Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:30, with snow removal and overtime as needed, and requires dependable transportation and the ability to meet physical demands.
