Stonemark Management is hiring a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and common areas of a multi-family community. The role includes litter removal, lawn and plant care, insecticide application, watering and drainage maintenance, equipment upkeep, emergency maintenance, and cleaning of hallways, common areas, parking areas, sidewalks, and alleyways. The position requires physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive stooping, bending, and kneeling, availability for weekends and holidays, and strong customer service and organizational skills. One year of groundskeeping experience is preferred but not required.
