Description
The Groundskeeper will maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and safety of a multifamily community in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Responsibilities include lawn and landscaping care, cleaning common areas and parking lots, trash collection, sweeping, pressure washing, outdoor inspections, seasonal maintenance, and preparing vacant apartments and common areas. The role requires a valid driver's license, outdoor work in varying weather, independent task completion, and a team-oriented approach; a high school diploma or GED is preferred, while previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plus.
