Description
The Grounds Maintenance Worker performs grounds maintenance, mowing, tree trimming, landscaping, shrubbery care, equipment operation, irrigation maintenance, trash removal, and building interior cleaning. The role requires knowledge of grounds equipment, hazardous-material handling, minor equipment repair, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb 35 feet, availability for evenings and weekends, and successful completion of background screening and Safe Environment Training.
