Description
The Community Monitor / Groundskeeper reports to the Community Manager and maintains the appearance, cleanliness, and presentation of a Walton Communities property. Responsibilities include upholding community standards, maintaining grounds, entry gates, kiosks, pools, playground equipment, golf carts, and correspondence delivery, while participating in resident activities and assisting with simple service requests. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to work in heat or cold, lift up to 50 pounds, drive a golf cart, and walk three flights of stairs.
