Description
The Grounds Keeper maintains manufactured housing community grounds and facilities by cleaning debris, raking leaves, sweeping walkways, mowing lawns, trimming trees and hedges, landscaping, performing minor equipment repairs, responding to emergency calls, assisting with maintenance tasks, maintaining safe winter road conditions, and communicating with residents, vendors, and team members. The role requires a valid in-state driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 85 pounds, ladder use, and safe chemical handling; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, while Microsoft Office and industry software proficiency are required.
