Description
The Groundskeeper maintains the exterior appearance and cleanliness of assigned property areas, including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, trash removal, equipment upkeep, outdoor cleaning, and reporting maintenance issues. The role requires at least two years of groundskeeping or janitorial experience, knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, emergency-response ability, and effective written and verbal communication. It involves outdoor exposure, physical activity, and work with chemical cleaning solutions, with hours determined by the work location.
