Description
The Groundskeeper maintains the exterior appearance, grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the Livano Springdale community. Responsibilities include removing litter and debris, completing minor repairs, assisting with make-ready processes, changing locks, maintaining pool-gate safety, distributing resident communications, reporting hazards, and providing customer service. The role requires a current valid driver’s license, hand-tool and equipment maintenance experience, and the ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week.
