Harbor Group Management Company is hiring a Multi-Site Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, common areas, amenities, and exterior spaces of two or more multifamily properties. The role includes daily cleaning, trash and debris removal, vacant-unit make-ready, minor repairs, landscaping and snow removal support, equipment inventory, resident communication, hazard reporting, and customer service. The position requires at least one year of groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience, proficiency with manual and power tools, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
