KW Property Management & Consulting is hiring a Groundskeeper (Porter) for an entry-level, full-time or part-time role supporting the general maintenance, janitorial, and basic upkeep of a resort-style community clubhouse. The position maintains interior and exterior common areas, assists with pool cleaning, supports event and holiday setup and breakdown, performs simple maintenance tasks, and reports hazards. The role requires indoor and outdoor work, the ability to lift 20–30 pounds, and a strong customer-service attitude; prior janitorial, groundskeeping, housekeeping, or porter experience is helpful but not required.
