Description
Arbor Bay Tree Service is hiring a Groundsman for an immediate full-time tree-service role. The position supports tree removal, trimming, and pruning; operates chainsaws, chippers, ropes, and other equipment; drags, chips, and stacks debris; performs ground-level rigging and rope management; and maintains clean and safe worksites. Training is provided, but applicants must be physically able to work outdoors year-round, lift up to 75 pounds, and hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour or more based on experience, with weekly pay, production and sales bonuses, health, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) employer match.
