Glenveagh is hiring a construction site professional to manage and coordinate groundworks for residential developments in Ireland. The role is responsible for delivering groundworks on schedule and within budget, planning resources and work sequencing, coordinating site staff and subcontractors, liaising with design and project stakeholders, managing labour, materials, plant, documentation, compliance, reporting, and providing training and technical guidance. Candidates need a relevant degree, higher diploma, HETAC qualification, or trade experience; residential development experience; knowledge of building regulations and certification standards; and strong leadership, organizational, safety, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
