Description
Catalyst Capital is hiring a Group CFO to build the financial architecture of a diversified holding company spanning education, publishing, software, wealth and tax planning tools, investment products, and a regulated investment fund. The role owns enterprise-value and capital-event execution, multi-entity holdco structure, ERP and consolidation systems, capital allocation, direct-response economics, fund structuring and regulatory infrastructure, treasury and cash management, and legal and corporate affairs. It requires 10–20 years of finance experience, including 3+ years as CFO, Group CFO or VP Finance, plus transaction, multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction, performance-marketing economics, and IFRS/US GAAP expertise.
