Description
Mercell is hiring a Group Controller to join its Group Finance team in a hands-on role covering financial controlling, FP&A, financial reporting, analysis, cost controlling, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, working capital, transfer pricing, and inter-company financing. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field, at least 3–5 years of relevant accounting, auditing, or financial controlling experience, strong Excel and financial-system skills, and English communication skills. It is a full-time hybrid role based in Oslo, Norway, with at least three onsite days per week, and applications were accepted until 11 October 2026.
